OUR CLASSES

BOXING CONDITIONING

Full-body-focused, combining strength and cardio – our Boxing Conditioning session is the ultimate battle between you and your bag. Whilst focusing on all the elements key to a boxer’s performance: Power, Agility, Core, Stamina and Rhythm.

BOXING SIGNATURE

Our signature boxing class is designed to increase your power and strength. A hard-hitting session incorporating explosive speed, footwork, strength and boxing drills. Expect to move fast, breathe heavy and challenge your aerobic capacity. Think teamwork and plenty of sweat.

LOWER BODY

Let’s build a strong base. A class that focuses on compound movements to build, define and work the lower body muscles. Think supersets and isolation to inspire strength.

UPPER BODY

A foundational strength class that focuses on everything upper. A workout split that’s going to get the upper body burning. Back, Bi’s and Chest baby. Designed to push the body and build a strong core.

SWEAT

Get comfortable being uncomfortable; it’s time to release your inner champion. Our explosive full-body Sweat sessions are programmed to push you to the max. Calorie-torching and high-intensity, helping build your overall aerobic fitness. Let’s sweat.

RECOVER

Full body mobility flows created to slow down both your body and your mind. A dynamic session that combines breath work and yoga inspired stretches leaving the body feeling energised and recharged. Your training is only as good as your recovery.
